Everything is so expensive nowadays, and saving money has become more and more challenging but even more crucial. The American dream of having it all, convenience at our fingertips, and the instantaneous accessibility to credit cards has made proper financing a low priority in many peoples' lives. As if that weren't tragic enough, too many people are ill-informed, if at all, about personal financing. How are we, as a society, expected to recover from financial disaster if we're surrounded by ignorance? And when will good intentioned but incessant people learn that telling someone to simply save money isn't effective or helpful? Examples and methods that can be incorporated are much more productive.
